How we collect and use customer reviews
After a purchase from us, the customer receives an automatic email with a link where they can leave a review. These customer reviews are marked as “verified”, which means that they come from consumers who have purchased the product through our website. The reviews published directly through Trustpilot are not marked as verified, which means that we cannot ensure that the review is from a customer of Eloped. The average rating score is based on all reviews, where newer reviews may be given greater weight in the calculation.

We handle your order in our central warehouse in Malmö and ensure that your electric vehicle is sent within 5 working days. We deliver your electric vehicle to your door.
3. Honk & drive!
Change of ownership and license plate are fixed upon delivery, all you need to arrange is possibly insurance. Just honk & drive!
