General purchase conditions

1. General
The engineering firm Allan Persson HAB's ("Eloped") general terms and conditions of purchase apply from the above date and replace all previously published terms and conditions of purchase by Eloped. These general purchase conditions apply to you as a consumer who shops at Eloped, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between you and Eloped.

As a consumer, you are covered by the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance and Home Sales Act. Eloped applies the mandatory rules that follow from the applicable legislation. More information about the Distance and Home Sales Act (DHL) and the Consumer Purchase Act can be found on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website.


As a consumer, you have the opportunity to have your complaint heard in the General Complaints Board. You can also get advice from the municipalities' consumer advisors and from the Swedish Consumer Agency, www.konsumentverket.se.


With the exception of what is stated in these terms and conditions of purchase, the Swedish Purchase Act applies to sales to companies/traders.


2. Ordering a product or service
By making a purchase at Eloped, you accept our General Terms and Conditions. By accepting the terms, you commit to comply with the terms in their entirety. You also consent to the processing of your personal data as described below.

You who trade as a private person need to be over 18 years of age and not be under guardianship or for other reasons have limited legal capacity. If you are under 18 years of age, your guardian's consent is required to order from us.


The ordered products remain the property of Eloped until they are fully paid for. Until ownership has passed to you, you undertake to take care of the products and not to make changes to them without Eloped's written consent. You do not have the right to transfer or assign the right of use to products that are subject to proprietary rights.


By clicking on "Confirm purchase" in the last order step, a binding order is created and you thereby undertake to purchase the Goods and/or Services that are in your shopping cart. Once you have confirmed your order, we will send you an order confirmation of your order by email. A binding agreement is considered entered into when you receive the order confirmation.


3. Prices
The prices at Eloped are stated in SEK and are stated including value added tax. Any shipping costs and invoice fee will be added. The total cost of this depends on which shipping/payment method is chosen.


As far as the service "Service at home address" is concerned, this includes driving to home address and one (1) hour of work. Work in addition to this is charged with SEK 650 incl. VAT per hour started. The cost of any spare parts is additional. Eloped's objective is that representatives of Eloped must be on site within 20 working days from notification of service, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.


4. Payment terms
As a customer, you are aware of and accept that a purchase from Eloped entails payment responsibility.


We offer the following payment options:


payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro), as well as

payment via Klarna invoice and Klarna partial payment.

Eloped reserves the right not to offer all payment options.


We only accept payment from accounts within the European Union ("EU").


You are responsible for any costs associated with your account transactions.


Debit or credit card



  • With us, you can pay comfortably and safely with a bank or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Maestro and Visa. Your credit or debit card is charged when your order leaves our warehouse. If you return a product, the amount will be returned to your bank account.

  • Your card details are transmitted via encrypted SSL procedure. This high security standard means that you pay securely by card with us.

  • Invoice via Klarna

  • When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never have to provide your card details, and always pay after you receive your goods.

  • Always get the item home before you pay

  • Payment period - always 14 days

  • You never have to give out card details
  • Always 14 days right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act

  • An invoice fee of SEK 0 per purchase is added. A reminder fee is added in case of non-payment. If you shopped for less than SEK 60, SEK 29.00 is added, and if you shopped for SEK 60 or more, SEK 60.00 is added in reminder fee. A late payment interest of 24.00% plus applicable reference interest is also added. At the time of purchase, a credit check is carried out, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by post. Personal data is handled in accordance with current legislation. Klarna processes personal data for the purpose of carrying out customer analysis, identification, credit control and marketing. Social security number is used as customer number for customer management purposes.

To choose invoice payment as a payment method, you must create a user in the web shop and then fill in your social security number according to the following format: YYMMDDXXXX or YYMMDD-XXXX. The name you entered on your billing address must also match the name you entered on your shipping address.


By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, you are deemed to have given your consent to any invoices and credit invoices being sent to you in electronic or physical form.


The following factors can affect whether invoice payment is available:


You have not created a user where you entered your social security number.


We have not yet received full payment for previous orders.


We use credit information to decide which payment options can be offered for each order. In some cases, we therefore do not offer an invoice as an alternative. Instead, you can then pay by card.

With each order, we recheck the information via our system which determines which payment options will be available for the specific order. We therefore ask for your understanding that we do not always offer all payment options. There are many different factors that come into play and our customer service is therefore unfortunately unable to influence or predict which payment options will be offered to you.

5. Delivery


Goods purchased via Eloped are only delivered to delivery addresses within Sweden. Delivery takes place to the delivery address you specified when ordering. When ordering a product or service, the estimated delivery time is shown, stated in number of working days.

When delivery times are stated in working days, working days must be understood as all days from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Sweden (i.e. so-called red days).


The delivery time is affected by the shipping option chosen. The delivery time is also affected by whether the product is in stock or not. For ordering products with different delivery times, the delivery time applies to the product with the longest delivery time.

  • Pickup from our warehouse

Pick up your products at our warehouse in Malmö. Please note that you must collect the products in person. Verification of identification takes place before extradition. For collection via an agent, you need to give authorization to the agent. Contact us and we will help you.

Eloped will contact you by phone or email when your items are available for pickup.

  • Postal package

Your products are sent with Bring or DSV to the nearest postal delivery point. The goods are sent from us within 3-5 working days. Valid identification is required. Agents need to present both your and their own identification.


  • Home delivery

The products are delivered with packaging and assembled to your delivery address by our partners in logistics. The products are sent from us within 3-7 working days. Before the delivery time, you will be contacted by phone or email for information regarding the delivery time. Verification of identification takes place before extradition. Easier assembly of the product may be required. Deliveries of electric mopeds are made by special transport and are offered from time to time depending on individual circumstances.


  • Home delivery with get-start training

The products are delivered assembled to your delivery address by Eloped's own service technicians or by our partners in logistics. We help you unpack your product and give you training in how to handle the product.

The products are sent from us within 3-12 working days. We will contact you by phone 1-2 days before the delivery time for information about the delivery time. Verification of identification takes place before extradition.

Please note that this delivery option is only available for postcodes on the mainland south of Uppsala.

If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, you as a customer must be informed without undue delay of the reason for the delay and informed of a new delivery time, if possible. If we are also unable to rectify the error within a reasonable time and delivery time is of essential importance, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase. This also applies to special orders.

All Goods are accompanied by a manual in physical or digital form.

  • Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all mail packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you the costs incurred for return shipping, handling fees and handling fees.
  • For the shipping options Home delivery and Getting started training, we reserve the right to charge you the costs incurred for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee. We will contact you within 5 working days via phone or email to book a new delivery opportunity where shipping costs will be added again for the selected shipping option.

  • Returns

  • Return shipping is at your own expense if the right of withdrawal has been applied. Returns must be sent by letter, parcel or by truck, not cash on delivery. In the event of a complaint, we reimburse the delivery costs and other costs incurred in connection with the complaint. In the event of an exchange in a complaint case or right of withdrawal case, you pay the new shipping for the desired Product from us to you. Eloped cannot provide guarantees that the desired Product will be available upon exchange. Subject to availability, we offer the customer delivery of the desired Product within 5-10 working days.

6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. The cancellation period begins the day after you receive the item. You do not need to state a reason, but a prerequisite is that the product is unused and undamaged. If the product has been used more than reasonably to check functionality, deductions for depreciation will be made (if the item can be considered used). The deduction is deducted from the amount that is refunded.

You must notify us of a change of heart within 14 days of receipt of delivery, or in the case of partial delivery, when the last Product has been delivered. You have the right to get the money back in case of right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day we received the notification that you have changed your mind. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. However, you may have to wait for the refund until your Product has returned or until you have provided proof that the Product was returned, whichever occurs first. The item must be returned in its original packaging. You are responsible for return costs yourself.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to a service that has been completed, if the consumer has expressly consented to the service beginning to be performed and has agreed that there is no right of withdrawal once the service has been completed. A form regarding this is sent to the customer's e-mail within 2 working days of the service being ordered and must be approved before the order can be processed. The delivery time can therefore be affected depending on when the customer answers the form. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to products that have been manufactured according to your instructions or that have otherwise received a clear personal touch.


The right of withdrawal does not apply to a product whose nature is such that after delivery it is mixed with another product in such a way that the products cannot be separated from each other


The following are not covered by the right of withdrawal or exchange:


  • Special orders: Goods that are assembled or adapted to your specifications and/or have been given a clear personal touch, ordered and produced by our supplier specifically for you. As soon as a special order is paid for, production begins. If you regret your purchase, you will be charged the down payment for the canceled item. Special orders are clearly marked on the order confirmation.


Fill in the following form if you regret your purchase. If you have paid by card, the refund will be made to your bank account. If you have paid against an invoice, we may ask you to provide us with your account details, and we will refund the money to your bank account. Send the information to kontakt@eloped.eu .

If you have chosen invoice as the payment method and choose to return parts of your order, you pay the invoice total minus the sum of the value of the products you have chosen to return. Once your return has reached our warehouse and you have paid the difference, if any, your invoice will be cancelled.


7. Vehicle registration
Our products in the Elmopeder category are classified as moped class 1, which requires at least an AM driving license to drive, if you have a B driving license you automatically have an AM driving license and can drive moped class 1. For vehicles that require vehicle registration, we are responsible for the registration of your vehicle at the Swedish Transport Agency. Change of ownership takes place within 1-5 working days after we receive your full payment. All documentation is sent to the address where you are registered. Don't forget to put your electric vehicle in traffic and insure it before you start using it.

On return, you undertake to transfer ownership of the vehicle to Eloped. Full refund of the product only takes place afterwards. Contact us for necessary information by phone, + 46 (0)40 30 92 92, or by e-mail, kontakt@eloped.eu.


8. Warranty
The warranty for goods only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus not defects that occur during or after a change in the product's function and appearance.


For electric vehicles in the Electric Moped category


The warranty covers


Faults on the electric vehicle excluding batteries that are present at the time of delivery or that arise during the warranty period, which is 24 months from the date of purchase.


Defects on batteries that are present at the time of delivery or that arise during the warranty period, which is 12 months from the date of purchase.


That the electric vehicle is repaired at no extra cost to the customer during the above-mentioned period within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the customer.


Only electric vehicles with performed service according to the accompanying service book.

The warranty does not cover


Consumable and wear parts tires, brake discs and lights.


Normal maintenance and care of the electric vehicle.


Accident or other damage.


Neglect or abnormal use.


Installation of parts other than original.


Wear and tear or changes to the electric vehicle as a result of normal use.


Setup or adjustment actions intended to be performed by the user.


Resale. The warranty only applies to the original customer.


The customer is responsible for the electric vehicle being handed in and picked up at Eloped or a workshop approved by Eloped. If the customer wishes to drive out for service, alternatively pick up/drop off at Eloped's home address, a cost will be added for this according to the quote.


For electric vehicles in the Promenadscooter category
The warranty covers


Faults on the electric vehicle that exist at the time of delivery or that arise during the warranty period, which is 24 months from the date of purchase.

That the electric vehicle is repaired at no extra cost to the customer during the above-mentioned period within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the customer. The warranty period for lead batteries is 12 months and applies to deliveries from 1/1 2023 and only when purchasing a new walking scooter, not for batteries sold as a spare part. When invoking the warranty, the batteries must be returned to Eloped's head office in Malmö at the customer's expense. The batteries will be load tested and verified by Eloped. For the warranty to apply, it is required that there is a clear difference between the accumulation capacity of the battery pair. If it turns out after testing that the batteries have a manufacturing defect, replacement delivery will take place at Eloped's expense.


The warranty does not cover


Consumable and wear parts tires, brake discs, seat and lights.


Normal maintenance and care of the electric vehicle.


Accident or other damage.


Neglect or abnormal use.


Installation of parts other than original.

Wear and tear or changes to the Product as a result of normal use.


Setup or adjustment actions intended to be performed by the user.


Resale. The warranty only applies to the original customer. The customer is responsible for the electric vehicle being handed in and picked up at Eloped or a workshop approved by Eloped. If the customer wishes to drive out for service, alternatively pick up/drop off at Eloped's home address, a cost will be added for this according to the quote.


For electric vehicles in the Electric Moped category


The warranty covers


Defects of the electric vehicle, excluding lead batteries, existing at the time of delivery or occurring during the warranty period of 24 months from the date of registration or date of sale if the machine remains unregistered.


Defects in lithium batteries that exist at the time of delivery or that occur during the warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase or 5000 km, whichever comes first.

ATTENTION! Due to battery chemistry, there is a normal, expected reduction in battery capacity over time and use. Depending on usage and storage conditions, the battery will deteriorate during the duration of this warranty period.


Eloped will only repair or replace under this limited warranty a battery that exhibits a nominal reduction in storage capacity of more than 30% of published nominal capacity, as measured by an authorized Eloped partner. To check the capacity of the battery, an authorized Eloped partner can perform a test that will confirm if reduction is within expected norms.


That the electric vehicle is repaired at no extra cost to the customer during the aforementioned period within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the customer


Only the electric vehicle with performed service according to the accompanying service book.


The warranty does not cover

Any damage resulting from failure to carry out periodic maintenance in the manner recommended by Eloped.


Consumable and wear parts tires, lead batteries, brake discs, seat and lights.


Normal maintenance and care of the electric vehicle.


Accident or other damage.


Neglect or abnormal use.


Installation of parts other than original.


Wear and tear or changes to the Product as a result of normal use.


Setup or adjustment actions intended to be performed by the user.


Resale. The warranty only applies to the original customer.


Any damage that occurs during repair or maintenance which is carried out using methods not specified by Eloped.


Any damage arising from the use of the vehicle for racing, rallying or similar competitive sports.

Any damage resulting from operating methods other than those specified in the user manual as well as use beyond the limitations or specifications specified by Eloped (maximum load, passenger capacity, engine speed)


Any damage resulting from the use of non-original parts or from the use of lubricants and fluids with specifications different from those specified in the user manual.


Any damage resulting from modifications not approved by Eloped (software and tuning, performance modifications, reduction of lighting, enlargements and other changes.


Any damage that occurs over time (natural fading of painted surfaces, plated surfaces and other deterioration).


Aesthetic phenomena that do not affect performance.


Any damage resulting from improper storage or transportation.


Lubricants: Brake fluid, damper oil and other items specified by Eloped.

Cleaning, inspection, adjustment and other periodic maintenance requirements. Expenses attributable to warranty claims, including:


Additional costs for communication, accommodation, meals and other items due to inoperable vehicle in a remote area.


Compensation for loss of time, commercial losses or rental costs for a substitute product during the period of adjustment.


Resale. The warranty only applies to the original customer,



9. Complaint
You always have the right to complain about defective Goods within three (3) years of receipt of the Goods, provided that you notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. Complaints made within two (2) months from the time you discovered the error are always considered to have been submitted within a reasonable time.

If the Goods you have returned can be found to be defective, we will make a full refund corresponding to your purchase price for the Goods, as well as the delivery costs and other costs incurred in connection with the complaint for these. If a pick-up of the product at your home address is desired, a cost will be added for this. Repayment must be made within a reasonable time, without unnecessary delay. For a Product to be assessed as defective, the defect must have occurred before the time of sale. If you claim a faulty Product within six (6) months from the time of sale, the fault is deemed to have occurred before the time of sale, unless otherwise proven by Eloped or, where applicable, the relevant Eloped partner.

If the complaint is made more than six (6) months after the time of sale, you are, however, obliged to submit proof that the defect occurred before the time of sale. Advertise an Item
If a Product you bought from us shows a defect, you have the right to complain about it. The right applies to manufacturing defects, material defects or defects that have arisen despite normal use. We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. We handle each case individually.

10. Disclaimer
Sales are subject to availability and we disclaim any responsibility for any errors in images or text on any of the websites, such as an error in a product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (for example, changed prices from suppliers or currency fluctuations) or incorrect information about whether a product is in stock. We reserve the right to correct any errors and change or update information at any time.

We may from time to time offer promotions that may have more favorable terms than what appears in these terms. These more favorable conditions apply as long as the campaign is active and for the specific goods specified by us in connection with the campaign. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions at any time, of course in accordance with current marketing law. In the event of termination or cancellation of a promotion, these terms and conditions apply without modification. Offers on specific items are valid for a limited time and while stocks last.


Force majeure
Eloped is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond Eloped's control, such as, for example, an epidemic or pandemic, general labor dispute, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, changed authority regulation, errors in electricity/telecommunications/data connections or other communications, as well as errors or delays in services from subcontractor due to circumstance stated here. These circumstances shall constitute a basis for exemption which entails exemption from damages and other penalties.


Should any such situation arise, Eloped will inform you both at the beginning and at the end of the time for the current situation. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both you and Eloped have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.


11. Social security number
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us via e-mail.


12. Cookies
This online store uses cookies according to the Electronic Communications Act, July 25, 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information to help the online store identify and track users. Cookies exist as session cookies and as cookies that are permanently stored on your computer. 13. Change of terms of sale
Eloped reserves the right to change the current sales conditions.


14. Dispute
If a dispute arises and the parties cannot resolve it on their own, a consumer can turn to the AllmÀnna ReklamationsnÀmnden (ARN). Disputes can also be tried by a general court.
