What does the warranty cover?
Eloped's warranty covers original manufacturing defects that occur at the time of delivery or during the warranty period. This means that if your electric vehicle has a manufacturing defect, we will repair it at no extra cost to you, provided that service has been performed according to the included service book.
Warranty periods for different components:

Electric vehicles (excluding battery): 24 months from date of purchase.

Battery: 12 months from date of purchase.

Engine: 36 months from date of purchase.
These warranties apply to both electric mopeds , electric moped cars and walking scooters .
What is not covered by the warranty?
It is important to know what the warranty does not cover:

Consumable and wear parts such as tires, brake discs and lights.

Normal maintenance and care of the electric vehicle.

Damage caused by accidents or other damage.

Neglect or abnormal use.

Installation of parts other than original.
-
Wear and tear or changes to the electric vehicle that are a result of normal use.

Setting or adjustment operations intended to be performed by the user.

Resale – the warranty applies only to the original customer.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Service at home address
To make it even easier for you, we offer home service for all our electric vehicles. This means that our service technicians will come to your home to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance. We always provide a 6-month warranty on service performed by our service technicians.
